A rollback means your game is set back to a previous state. All the actions you’ve performed after that state were not saved correctly on our servers. Any RC or coins you’ve spent, any rewards collected or gifts used are all rolled back as if they’ve never taken place.
The cause of a rollback is hard to determine, but it’s usually caused by an unstable internet connection between your device and our server. This can be caused by a high load on your internet connection (downloads, video streaming, video calls) and this results in a slow internet connection.
If you’re not playing the game on a wifi connection, you will probably be playing on a 3G connection. A 3G connection is too slow to run the app properly and we would suggest to switch to a wifi connection.
If the load on the internet connection you’re using is high, it’s best to turn off some of the other applications that use much of your internet.
Problem not solved
If your game has rolled back 1 time, there’s no need to contact us. A bad internet connection can happen any time and there’s nothing we can do to prevent it from happening.
